Graduates can seek employment in various organisations as entry level professionals and managers. Having a well-developed ability to use English and Chinese and to critically analyse language use will give graduates a competitive edge in a variety of career pathways, including administration, publishing, the media and teaching.

Further Studies
Many opportunities are available for graduates of the programme to undertake postgraduate studies in Hong Kong and overseas. Some students will continue to study for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other master’s degrees in business-related areas such as accounting, human resource management and corporate governance. Graduates will also have a chance to further their studies by doing course work (MA) or research work (MPhil) in language-related areas such as linguistics, applied linguistics and translation.
