Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) applicants, who have met the specified circumstances as announced by the Education Bureau (EDB), can use the following qualifications to replace HKDSE Chinese Language level 3 to meet the entrance requirement for Chinese Language:
• HKDSE Applied Learning Chinese: Attained with Distinction
• GCE (A-Level /AS-Level) Chinese: Grade E or above
• GCE (O-Level)/ GCSE/ IGCSE Chinese: Grade C or above
• HKDSE Applied Learning Chinese: Attained with Distinction
• GCE (A-Level /AS-Level) Chinese: Grade E or above
• GCE (O-Level)/ GCSE/ IGCSE Chinese: Grade C or above

Year 2 entry (3-year programme)
Students having obtained a recognized Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, or equivalent, in an area not related to English studies can apply for Year 2 entry. Successful applicants will start from Year 2 of the programme and are expected to complete the Bachelor’s degree in 3 years.
Year 3 entry (2-year programme)
Students having obtained a recognized Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, or equivalent, in English studies or a related area can apply for Year 3 entry. Successful applicants will start from Year 3 of the programme and are expected to complete the Bachelor’s degree in 2 years.
Students having obtained a recognized Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, or equivalent, in an area not related to English studies can apply for Year 2 entry. Successful applicants will start from Year 2 of the programme and are expected to complete the Bachelor’s degree in 3 years.
